General Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria. If any delay occurs during processing or dispatch, our team will notify you via phone or email.
Please note that the purchase price of Heritage Lane & Co. products does not include shipping charges. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size and weight of the items ordered.

Orders valued over $1000 require a signature on delivery and cannot be left unattended.

Shipping & Handling

Heritage Lane & Co. organises reliable Australia-wide freight services on behalf of our customers.
All shipping charges are payable by the customer and are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight of the item

  • Dimensions

  • Delivery destination

For smooth delivery, please provide a physical delivery address as couriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We recommend providing a business address or a location where someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours.

Orders above $1000 must be signed for and cannot be left unattended under any circumstances.

Peak Season Dispatch Times

Orders placed during our Black Friday Sale, Christmas etc. may experience slightly longer dispatch times. We appreciate your patience during these peak periods.

Furniture Deliveries

Due to the handcrafted and premium nature of our furniture, we work with specialised carriers experienced in handling luxury and solid-wood items.

Once your furniture is prepared for dispatch and inspected, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery window (morning or afternoon).

Delivery type (one-man or two-man service) is automatically selected based on the size and weight of the product.

Important Notes

  • Delivery includes placement into the first accessible level of your home.

  • Delivery does not include unboxing, assembly, or packaging removal.
    These services may be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Installation of anti-topple devices is not included. Please consult a qualified tradesperson.

Old furniture removal is not included in delivery charges.

Delivery Conditions

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details

  • Ensuring safe and adequate access for large items

  • Informing us of stairs, narrow passages, or restricted entry that may require additional handling charges

Delivery is completed only when a person 18 years or older is present to sign and accept the order.
If no authorised person is available at the scheduled delivery time, redelivery fees will apply.

All orders above $1000 require a mandatory signature.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Heritage Lane & Co. is not liable for delays, lost items, or damage caused by the courier service.
