Our Bespoke Process & "Change of Mind" Policy

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we involve you throughout the journey. Customers are showcased their pieces at various stages of production, and explicit approvals are taken before we proceed. 

Because each product is built strictly to your custom specifications and approved by you during the build process, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for a "change of mind" once an order has been accepted.

 

Manufacturing Defects

We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. While we maintain rigorous quality control, if your goods are delivered with a proven manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right. 

 

In the event of a manufacturing defect, upon inspection, we offer the following resolutions:

- A replacement of the defective piece

- A return against store credit for future purchases

- A full refund of the order value

 

To qualify for a defect-related return or replacement, the item must be:

- Reported to our team within 5 days of delivery

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

- Verified by our team as a manufacturing defect (Please note: natural variations in bespoke materials, such as wood grain or leather texture, are expected and do not constitute a defect).
